Getting Real Day 49

Sleep

I slept really well last night.

Breakfast

2 eggs fried in avocado oil, 3 slices prosciutto, and mixed greens with olive oil and vinegar.

Lunch

Taco salad: ground beef and onions with taco seasonings, romaine, 1 medium tomato, and guacamole. I bought more ground beef and I am really enjoying the taco salads but I think I need more variety.

Dinner

3 baked chicken tenders and roasted veggies (Brussels sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, and leeks) with olive oil and garlic.

Exercise

Just more unpacking and cleaning.

Overall

Today was very stressful, if it could go wrong it went wrong. It was one of those days that it might have been better to just go back to bed.
