Getting Real Day 48

Sleep

I did not sleep well at all. I was awake several times during the night and had a hard time falling back asleep each time.

Breakfast

2 eggs fried in avocado oil, 3 slices prosciutto, and mixed greens with olive oil and vinegar.

Lunch

Taco salad: ground beef and onions with taco seasonings, romaine, 12 grape tomatoes, and guacamole. I am out of ground beef so I guess I will have to have something else for lunch tomorrow.

Dinner

Roast beef, onions, carrots, roasted sweet potatoes with olive oil and spices. That was the last serving of roast. I must go grocery shopping tomorrow.

Exercise

No formal exercise but I worked all day at home cleaning. I am finally getting settled in the new house.

Overall

Today was good. I felt good and had good energy.
