Getting Real Day 46

Sleep

I did not get enough sleep last night. I plan to go to bed earlier tonight.

Breakfast

2 eggs fried in avocado oil, 4 slices pancetta, and mixed greens with olive oil and vinegar.

Lunch

Taco salad: ground beef and onions with taco seasonings, romaine, 10 grape tomatoes, salsa, and guacamole.

Dinner

Roast beef, onions, carrots, roasted sweet potatoes with olive oil and spices, 1 bell pepper, and cucumber slices.

Overall

I was very tired today and decided to rest instead of exercising.
