Getting Real Day 45

Sleep

I was very tired so I went to bed a little earlier and slept very well.

Breakfast

2 eggs fried in avocado oil, 4 slices pancetta, and mixed greens with olive oil and vinegar.

Lunch

Salsaritas Taco Bar: taco salad with ground beef, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and salsa. No photo since this was at work.

Snack

3oz tuna, wasabi SeaSnax, cucumber slices, 1 bell pepper, 8 baby carrots, 10 grape tomatoes, and coconut flakes (I had some leftover from yesterday).

Exercise

Skill/Strength: 3-3-3-3-3 Split Jerk @ 65% of 1RM

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
10 Goblet Squats, 55/35#
10 Flutterkicks, 4-count
10 Ring Rows

My score: 35# split jerk then 5 rounds + 16 reps with 26#.

Dinner

Baked salmon, pureed butternut squash with coconut oil, roasted Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and carrots with olive oil.

Overall

It was a good day and the workout was great too.
