Getting Real Day 44

Sleep

I slept okay but I wish it was longer.

Breakfast

2 eggs fried in avocado oil, 4 slices pancetta, cucumber slices, and 8 grape tomatoes.

Lunch

Taco salad: ground beef and onions with taco seasonings, romaine, 10 grape tomatoes, salsa, and guacamole.

Snack

3oz tuna, onion SeaSnax, cucumber slices, 1 bell pepper, 8 baby carrots, and coconut flakes.

Dinner

Roast beef, onions, carrots, roasted sweet potatoes with olive oil and spices.

Overall

Today was the first day back at work and it was a bit stressful.
