I slept reasonably well and got around 8.5 hours of sleep.
2 eggs fried in avocado oil, 4 slices pancetta, mixed greens with olive oil and vinegar, and 3 cherry tomatoes.
Taco salad: ground beef and onions with taco seasonings, romaine, 10 grape tomatoes, salsa, and guacamole.
Roast beef, onions, carrots, and roasted sweet potatoes with olive oil and spices. It was so good and I was still hungry so I had a second smaller serving.
Lots of walking and climbing stairs and lifting. I got most of the rest of stuff out of storage and did some unpacking today.
Today was good. My energy was stable and I got a lot of stuff done. Tomorrow it is back to work.
