Getting Real Day 40

Sleep

I slept really well last night.

Breakfast

2 eggs fried in avocado oil, 4 slice pancetta, mixed greens with olive oil and vinegar, and 3 cherry tomatoes.

Lunch

Shrimp salad; shrimp, shredded cabbage, guacamole, salsa, 1/2 red bell pepper, 8 grape tomatoes, and dill pickles.

Exercise

Hotshots 19 charity workout. I did 3 rounds and only did 35# on the cleans so that I could maintain good form.

Dinner

Sauteed chicken tenders in coconut oil, steamed veggies with olive oil, and 8 grape tomatoes.

Overall

Today was pretty good. I had good energy and got quite a bit of stuff done.
