Getting Real Day 39

Sleep

I finally got to sleep in my own bed at 2 am. I got home much later than planned due to road construction along the way. I did sleep pretty well once I got home.

Exercise

Unpacked the car.

Breakfast

2 eggs fried in olive oil. I did not have anything else at home that was allowed on the program.

Lunch

I made it to the grocery store so I could eat on program.

Shrimp salad; shrimp, shredded cabbage, guacamole, salsa, and dill pickles.

Dinner

Sauteed chicken tenders in coconut oil, steamed veggies with coconut aminos, and 5 cherry tomatoes.

Overall

I was tired all day but I expect that was the weird sleep schedule last night.
