Getting Real Day 38

This is a day late being posted since I got home at 2am.

Sleep

Another night on the air mattress, really looking forward to my memory foam mattress tonight though.

Exercise

CrossFit Endurance one-on-one.

Breakfast

2 hard boiled eggs, 3 slices prosciutto, guacamole, 1 small cucumber, 7 grape tomatoes, and 1 red bell pepper.

Lunch/Dinner

I had this meal with my fiance’s mother at Logan’s Roadhouse. 8 oz filet, 1 sweet potato, and grilled veggies.

Snack

1 handful of coconut flakes and wasabi SeaSnax.

Overall

Workout + moving out of my apartment + driving 10+ hours to Tennessee = one very long day. My drive should have only been 8 hours but there was road construction and a 24 mile detour.
