Getting Real Day 35

Sleep

Yesterday was so stressful that it was really hard to fall asleep. I ended up sleeping okay though.

Breakfast

2 over-medium eggs fried in olive oil, 3 slices pancetta, 1 small cucumber, and 5 cherry tomatoes.

Lunch

Leftover Crockpot meatballs (2) with tomato sauce and arugula with Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch dressing. I had been eating 4 meatballs but I only had 2 left for lunch today.

Dinner

Red curry: coconut oil, onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, chicken, coconut milk, and sweet potatoes.

Exercise

No formal exercise but lots of walking and lifting getting ready to move.

Overall

Another very stressful day but I had amazing energy all day to get everything done.
