Getting Real Day 34

Sleep

Great night’s sleep!!

Breakfast

2 over-medium eggs fried in olive oil, 3 slices smoked salmon, 2 beets, and 8 grape tomatoes.

Lunch

Leftover crockpot meatballs and tomato sauce, 1 handful flaked coconut, and wasabi SeaSnax.

Exercise

I did 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer today.

Dinner

Red curry: coconut oil, onion, red bell pepper, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, chicken, coconut milk, and sweet potatoes.

Overall

My weekend is a bit stressful. I am moving on Wednesday and trying to get everything packed and the apartment cleaned before then. I also have a draft of my dissertation due on Sunday.
