Sleep
I slept really well last night.
Breakfast
2 over-medium eggs fried in olive oil, 3 slices pancetta, and 2 beets.
Lunch
Five Guys hamburger with no bun wrapped in lettuce with tomato, raw onion, pickles, and mustard.
Dinner
Leftover Crockpot meatballs and tomato sauce and a microwave cooked sweet potato with coconut oil.
Snack
Herbal tea and coconut flakes.
Exercise
Rest day but lots of walking.
Overall
Very stress day but good energy all day.
