Getting Real Day 31

Sleep

I slept well but still not enough to really feel great even though I was in bed at 9pm. I have no idea how to get much more sleep since I have to get up by 5:25am.

Exercise #1

Crossfit Endurance group class. Our running intervals are getting longer and I don’t have the stamina to keep up yet.

Breakfast

2 over-medium eggs fried in olive oil, 3 slices prosciutto, and mixed greens with cider vinegar and olive oil.

Lunch

Baked chicken tenders with salad: romaine, arugula, sliced cucumbers, 1/2 red bell pepper, 8 grape tomatoes with Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch dressing, and some olives.

Snack

1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 red bell pepper, 8 baby carrots, 4 snow peas, wasabi SeaSnax, some olives, and coconut flakes.

Exercise #2

Final week of Weightlifting Technique class.

Dinner

Leftover crockpot meatballs with tomato sauce.

Overall

I was so hungry today.
