I slept okay last night but did not sleep enough. I got in late from having dinner with my friends.
Crossfit Endurance one-on-one session. Lots of drills and mobility.
2 over-medium eggs fried in olive oil, 4 slices smoked salmon, mixed greens with cider vinegar and olive oil, and beets.
Tuna with Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch dressing, 1 red bell pepper, 8 baby carrots, 4 snow peas, 1 small cucumber, 6 cherry tomatoes, and guacamole.
I used approximately 2 pound of ground beef, 2 eggs for binding, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. I cooked the meatballs in the Crockpot on high for 4 hours in tomato sauce made from canned crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Then I had onion SeaSnax and coconut flakes.
I have crossed the halfway point. Now for a cup of tea and some sleep.
