Getting Real Day 26

Sleep

I had a really hard time falling asleep. I went to bed at 9:30 but was still tossing and turning at midnight, so I changed my alarm clock and skipped the 6am workout.

Breakfast

2 over-medium eggs fried in avocado oil, cubed steak, sliced cucumbers, and 6 cherry tomatoes.

Exercise

I ended up taking the noon class after I went to the grocery store.

Snatch Technique: 7×3 at 15#

Then:

Rest 1 minute between each

Tabata Pushups

Tabata Situps

Tabata Burpees

My score: 36+61+20

Lunch

The salad at Chipotle’s was so good yesterday and I did not want to fix lunch so I walked to Chipotle after my workout.

Dinner

There was a cookout at the gym today. I had 1 grilled chicken leg, 1 hamburger patty, onion slices, tomato slices, pepper strips, and guacamole. I took a picture of the hamburger and extra guac but my phone must have eaten the picture because it is not there.

Overall

Overall the day was pretty good. My energy was stable except at 3pm it was like I hit a wall and had to take a nap. I felt like I could not even hold myself upright anymore. I napped for about 30 minutes and then felt fine.
