Sleep

I slept okay just not enough.

Breakfast

2 over-medium eggs fried in avocado oil, 3 slices pancetta, mixed greens with olive oil and cider vinegar, and 6 cherry tomatoes.

Lunch

Tuna and salad: romaine, mixed greens, 1/2 red bell pepper, cucumber slices, 8 grape tomatoes, with Tessemae’s Cracked Pepper dressing.

Exercise #2

Weightlifting class focused on Jerk.

Dinner

Grilled New York strip with roasted red pepper sauce, 1 sweet potato steamed topped with coconut oil and garlic, and roasted asparagus.

Overall

I was pretty tired today but my energy was reasonably stable. I am really seeing the importance of enough sleep.
