Getting Real Day 23


I slept very well last night.


Crossfit Endurance Class this morning. We did drills and some very short duration runs.



2 hard boiled eggs, 3 slices pancetta, 6 grape tomatoes, 6 baby carrots, and sliced cucumbers.



So I did not eat the snack that I packed yesterday, I ended up just leaving it at work and added to it in order to call it lunch today.

5 shrimp, 2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 red bell pepper, 6 baby carrots, 8 grape tomatoes, snow peas, guacamole, some olives, onion SeaSnax, and 1 handful flaked coconut.



Taco salad: ground beef seasoned with onion, paprika, chili powder, garlic, and ground cumin, romaine, tomatoes, and spicy guacamole.


This was a pretty good day. The morning workouts are going okay so far but it is a pain to get up that early.
