Getting Real Day 17

Sleep

I slept okay but had a little trouble falling asleep.

Breakfast

2 over-easy eggs fried in avocado oil, 2 slices smoked salmon, and mixed greens with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Lunch

Chicken tenders pan sauteed in coconut oil with salad of romaine, spinach, cucumber slices, 1/2 red bell pepper, Tessemae’s Zesty Ranch, 1 peach, 12 cherries, and some raspberries.

I got to have lunch with some very good friends of mine today which was great.

Snack

1 hard boiled egg, 5 baby carrots, 1/2 red bell pepper, 8 grape tomatoes, and 1 handful coconut flakes.

Exercise

Weightlifting technique class working on the clean.

Dinner

Leftover spaghetti squash with meat sauce.

Overall

Today was pretty good overall.
