I slept okay but was somewhat restless last night.
2 eggs fried in avocado oil, 3 slice prosciutto, 2 apricots, and some blackberries. I really was not sure what I wanted for breakfast but this turned out fine.
Baked salmon with salad: romaine, cucumber slices, 6 grape tomatoes, 1/2 red bell pepper, red onion, 5 strawberries, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and pecans. The salad was super yummy. I think I tried to put everything in there but the kitchen sink.
Baked chicken with pureed butternut squash and roasted asparagus. Seasonings were olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic, and cherries.
Pretty good day. I got the photography some awesome athletes doing the 31 Heroes WOD.
