Getting Real Day 7

Sleep

I slept well and was able to get up without hitting snooze when the alarm went off.

Breakfast

2 eggs scrambled with olive oil, 3 slices prosciutto, 10 cherries, 1 handful flaked coconut.

Lunch

Baked tilapia, shredded cabbage with olive oil, 6 grape tomatoes, Whole Foods mango pineapple salsa, and 2 apricots. Think fish tacos without the tortilla.

Snack

10 strawberries, 1 banana, 1 slice smoked salmon, 1 handful flaked coconut.

Dinner

Beef stew with coconut oil, carrots, and onions, roasted Brussels sprouts and mushrooms with olive oil, pureed butternut squash.

I got my Ninja Cooker out again today but this time using the slow cooker setting for the beef stew.

Exercise

No formal exercise but I walked to the grocery store today.

Overall

I had some energy today but I was also tired. The food was great though.
