Beef stew with coconut oil, carrots, and onions, roasted Brussels sprouts and mushrooms with olive oil, pureed butternut squash.
I got my Ninja Cooker out again today but this time using the slow cooker setting for the beef stew.
No formal exercise but I walked to the grocery store today.
I had some energy today but I was also tired. The food was great though.
